Publishing Poll/Vote Results when Quorum is Met

When quorum is met for a poll/vote, an admin user can mark it as such and publish the results. Here's how:

1. Open the poll/vote from either the VOTING or DASHBOARD tab.
2. Select the checkbox beside Quorum is met on the right-hand side of the page.
3. Click PUBLISH RESULTS.
