Updating a Document

Keep the most updated document on Board Director.

Documents in Board Director can easily be updated. Older versions of the document will not be deleted. They will only be labeled as an old version and will be available for download.

To update a document:

  1. Click the pencil icon on the right side of the document name. 
  2. Select Upload new version from the drop-down options.
  3. Drag and drop the new version of the document into the UPLOAD NEW VERSION pop-up, or click the SELECT FILE button.
  4. Click the UPLOAD NEW VERSION button.
